Tom Cronin here form the Stillness project and in my travels I'm meeting a lot of people confused and even overwhelmed about what things they should be doing to improve their life. and It’s totally understandable. With all the blogs, tweets and Facebook posts recommending all the healthy things that you should do each day its like, AAAARGH! How will I fit it all in??
