You can heat the massage balls up before using them, enabling a more soothing massage. Warming & CoolingPlace the massage balls in warm water (max 80°C) fr at least 10 minutes. The water must not be boiling! If you are warming the balls in a pot on the oven, then there must be enough water in the pot to ensure that the massage balls are not touching the bottom. Carefully pour the water out and use protection like a towel or something similar to touch the massage balls. Allow the message balls to cool down to a comfortable temperature, if necessary, before using them. Place the massage balls in the fridge for approximately two hours to cool.Do not place them in the freezer! They can then be use immediately.
